1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 4EDU school management system, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, provided by 4EDU ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Accounts and User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Trial: We offer a free trial period for our services. At the end of the trial, you will be required to select a paid plan to continue using the platform.
  • Subscription Plans: Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually).
  • Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for any prepaid subscription fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 4EDU platform and its content, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by 4EDU. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our explicit consent.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your data to provide our services to you.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading or transmitting any malicious software, viruses, or code.
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
  • Using the service to send spam or unauthorized communications.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The 4EDU service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4EDU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
